On Friday, July 3rd, starting at 7:00 p.m., "Ci Siamo Seccati" returns to Camo, a hamlet of Santo Stefano Belbo. This event celebrates the most surprising side of Moscato through a food and wine journey of glasses, flavors, and conviviality. Organized by esCAMOtage, the evening focuses on Abbà – The Dry Side of Moscato, a project dedicated to dry Moscato, accompanied by a selection of dishes designed to showcase its aromas and characteristics. It's an opportunity to discover a lesser-known version of one of the region's iconic grape varieties. A DJ set from Radio Valle Belbo will liven up the piazza, for an evening combining tastings, music, and the joy of socializing under the stars of the Langhe.
