Cossano Belbo is preparing for the "IN Festival" scheduled for May 15th and 16th: a weekend of excellent food and wine, cooking demonstrations, and great music. The historic center will be transformed into an open-air stage dedicated to flavor, tradition, and entertainment.

Friday, May 15th: Taste and Magic under the Stars: food stands starting at 7:00 pm, followed by the Gamondi Night at 10:00 pm with a thrilling fireworks display set to music, followed by a tribute to the Golden Years. Saturday, May 16: Protagonists of Cuisine and Entertainment: starting at 6:00 pm, the Sagra transforms into a grand traveling dinner through the streets of the town center. Fulvio Marino will be baking his iconic pizzas (reservations required on the website), Daniele Persegani & Cristina Lunardini will delight palates with gnocco fritto and gourmet piadina with the flavors of the Langhe, while Sergio Barzetti, "Mister Alloro," will offer his renowned signature risottos.

The hamlets and volunteer groups of Cossagno will offer the IN dishes that have made the Sagra famous as a true festival of Piedmontese culinary tradition.

The entertainment will be varied: from folk songs by *Pijtevarda to street theater by the Compagnia Fratelli Ochner, to live music by Sciarada Party Rock and The Club. The closing event, aimed at younger audiences, will feature a DJ set by Roberto Molinaro & El Paris, with opening acts by DJ CAP, for a thrilling journey into the heart of dance music.
