For the tourists and all the impassioned of the splendid kitchen of this territory, the rooms of the castle of Mango will be to disposition in the weekend in this autumn offering the possibility to prepare and to taste the historical recipes that impassion the gourmets of all the world. In fact a course is proposed held by the housekeepers of the country of Mango that to disclose to a curious public to know the secrets of the kitchen typical of these hills. The course articulates in lessons on Saturdays at the 10 a.m. and 15 p.m. the Sunday at the 10 a.m., making also protagonists the wines. The participants will be able so little by little to come in possession of the precious recipes that for a long time they prepare the tables of our farmhouses. Every time will be tried to propose a different dish. There will be always an interpreter in the case of the presence of foreign public and at the end of every lesson can be tasted the dish preparated. The course begins this week end, Saturday 27 September, to finish on November 22-23
