In Nizza Monferrato the San Carlo Fair

The San Carlo Fair has ancient origins, dating back to 1516 as an act of liberality in favor of the noble people by William IX, Marchese del Monferrato. The Fair is the occasion of the celebration of the Patron Saint (San Carlo, 4 November) protector of the city of Nizza Monferrato. Throughout the day of Sunday, November 5th, there will be many stalls that will cross the streets of the historic city center, while a large moon park will be waiting for the youngest in Piazza Garibaldi. But the Fair is also an opportunity to propose some of the products considered local enograstronomic excellence such as Truffle, Cardo Gobbo in the Spadone variety and Barbera.
