Truffle traders, trifolao and quality - in other words, the Truffle World Market. The Market is the heart of the fair dedicated to Alba white truffle. Visitors will be able to find certified trifola (Alba white truffle) - an initiative aimed at protecting and certifying the Tuber Magnatum Pico brand. This means that truffles sold in Alba are analyzed and guaranteed against defects before being sold to visitors: each truffle is checked upon entering the market, analyzed by the dedicated Commission responsible for checking truffles, which is actively present on the market and ready to support consumers. The inspectors entrusted with of truffle sensory analysis - who are members of the quality Commission - will be at consumers’ disposal at the dedicated Infopoint during AlbaQualità opening hours.

The AlbaQualità exhibition of gourmet food and wine sets Mercato del Tartufo (Truffle Market) off. The characteristic features of Langhe and Roero are gathered and on show to be tasted within the 80th Alba White Truffle Fair. In the spotlight - Langhe and Roero wines, specialties from artisan local patisserie, cheeses and charcuteries. Visitors will be given the chance to discover the local great nectars - Barolo, Barbaresco, Roero, Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, Barbera, Favorita, Arneis and Moscato - that have made Langhe lands renowned worldwide. More than 100 stands will welcome visitors and will offer them the opportunity to purchase - or simply taste - the exquisite local products that accompany the White Truffle, the most precious white diamond ever.
